12 Week Program

 from Monday May 6th, 2019 to Saturday August 3rd, 2019!

By constantly changing the exercises and employing various training methods our clients are able to reach their fitness goals without ever getting bored!  Of course you'll have fun too while working out in our friendly, clean, and non-intimidating environment!

 

You Have Two Programs to chooses from!

Option #1

Fitx3

  • Monday: (6am)

    • The Pyramid Workout (45 minutes)

      • An intense yet fun Lower Body workout employing various functional exercises including stability balls, med balls, kettlebells, strong bands, battle ropes, body weight exercises and much more!

  • Wednesday: (6am)

    • The Big Heavy (45 minutes)

      • A Traditional Upper Body Weight Training Circuit. We pair you up with a partner and teach you traditional strength training exercises using barbells, dumbbells, pulleys and plated loaded exercise equipment. A great class for putting on a little added muscle!

  • Friday: (6am)

    • Metabolic Mayhem (45 minutes)

      • A High Energy Total Body Functional Training Circuit using everything but the kitchen sink! A no holds bar workout where formats and pace are constantly changing. A great way to end the week!

Option #2 

Fitx2

  • Tuesday: (12:15pm)

    • Metabolic Mayhem (45 minutes)

      • A Total Body Functional Training Circuit using everything but the kitchen sink! A no holds bar workout where formats and pace are constantly changing. A great way to end the week!

  • Thursday: (12:15pm)

    • The Pyramid Workout (45 minutes)

      • An intense yet fun Total Body workout employing the original STP Pyramid Format using various functional exercises including stability balls, med balls, kettlebells, strong bands, battle ropes, body weight exercises and much more!

 

BONUS Class!

As a gift to you we've decided to add a Bonus Class to bump the Fitx3 up to a Fitx4 and the Fitx2 to a Fitx3 without any added cost! 

  • Saturday Bonus Class (9:30 am)

    • Super Cardio Core Burnout!

      • A bonus class for those wanting to burn a few extra calories and tighten their midsection at the same time! You're guaranteed to leave sweaty!

Added Bonuses!

  • As a participant in our 12 week program you will also receive "Unlimited Access" to our state of the art facility so you can workout on your own time on your off days.

  • To make it a little easier, we will also provide you with printed versions of some of our class workout plans that you can follow on your off days!

Registration Details:

  • *Registration Deadline Saturday January 5th! (first come first served)

    • Must register for either:

      • Fitx3 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6am) -

        • 3 payments of $197 or pay in full ($499.00) and save $92 ... plus Bonus Class!

      • Fitx2 (Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15pm) -

        • 3 payments of $157 or pay in full ($429.00) and save $42 ... plus Bonus Class

*Maximum 10 participants per class, so Register Early!
