Clients will experience all that STP has to offer from our group fitness classes and specialized Yoga workouts, to our one-on- one individualized training and nutritional guidance services. Lifestyle Management Start-Up

Six Weeks

Designed for the individual looking to achieve a healthy lifestyle overhaul. Our Lifestyle program covers all you need to know regarding exercise, nutrition, and restorative fitness. We will take a balanced approach in designing a program to meet your individual needs.

Program includes:

  • Lifestyle/Physical Assessment/Goal Setting and Program design

  • 60 minute needs and assessment workout

  • 8 Half Hour Personal Training Sessions

  • 2 x 30 minute Precision Nutrition Consults

  • 2 x 30 minute Flexibiity and Mobility Sessions

  • Complimentary STP T-Shirt

  • Weekly Group Yoga Class

  • 6 Week unlimited facility access and solo workouts

Quick Start Program

Four Weeks

Designed for those looking strictly for a balanced fitness program focusing on all components of fitness. This program includes 3 one-hour personal training sessions plus 4 half hour personal training sessions.
