All our youth programs are designed to educate the young athlete about the importance of regular exercise and healthy eating for sports performance and for promote a life time of healthy eating, exercise and physical activity. After six weeks the young athlete will have learned how exercise properly and in a safe and effective way. They'll learn proper gym etiquette and behaviour. At STP Fitness they will be exercising in a supportive and positive environment when individual differences are accepted! Youth After School Fitness Program

Six Week Start-Up     ($797.00 plus tax)

Designed for the individual athlete looking to achieve ultimate fitness and sports performance. Our After School Fitness Program takes a progressive approach to the development of all physical aspects required for optimum fitness and athletic performance. This program includes:

Initial Assessment and Build-Up Phase (9 private one on one sessions)

During your initial session you will:

o   Receive an assessment of your overall fitness level. Assessment will aid your Fitness Coach in designing the appropriate program to meet your goals and needs.

o   You will also learn how to warm-up, perform your proper pre work and stretch properly during this 60-minute session.

·      During your 2nd training session your coach will:

o   We’ll begin by reviewing your workout assessment.

o   After your review is complete we’ll introduce you to your strength training and balance exercises.

o   Total session time 60 minutes.

·      During your 3rd session your program now begins to take shape:

o   We’ll review previous sessions work  and add more exercises as we continue to build your program. (30 minutes)

·      During your 4th session your program is now complete:

o   You will be presented with your completed personal fitness program in your very own STP Fitness binder.

o   Your fitness coach will sit and review the program layout and format so you understand how to use it.

o   You will learn how to proceed through your program and how to perform each exercise in a safe and effective manner.

o   We will also introduce you to our Precision Nutrition program with a brief review of your Nutritional Questionnaire  (30 minutes)

Support Phase 2  - 6 x 30 minute Coaching Sessions

Once you have your completed exercise program, you will move into your 6 half-hour personal training sessions (instructional/motivational/accountability sessions) including Precision Nutrition Guidance Sessions.

·      During your remaining 6 half-hour sessions we will continue to move you towards your goal, progressing the intensity and introducing new strength and restorative exercises. You will also be introduced to the art and science of healthy eating. You will be introduced to basic Yoga and Pilates training philosophies. Our goal here is to give you a complete lifestyle training experience.

*Nutritional Note: At STP Fitness we are Certified Precision Nutrition Coaches, however we don’t subscribe to any specific doctrine on diets but rather we employ the latest research and training in our approach to continually guide you to healthy eating patterns and choices.
