All our youth programs are designed to educate the young athlete about the importance of regular exercise and healthy eating for sports performance and for promote a life time of healthy eating, exercise and physical activity. After six weeks the young athlete will have learned how exercise properly and in a safe and effective way. They'll learn proper gym etiquette and behaviour. At STP Fitness they will be exercising in a supportive and positive environment when individual differences are accepted! Youth Strength and Conditioning Program

 

Six Week Start-Up                                                                           ($999.00 plus tax)

Designed for the individual athlete looking to achieve ultimate fitness and sports performance. Our After School Fitness Program takes a progressive approach to the development of all physical aspects required for optimum fitness and athletic performance.

 

This program includes:

·      Initial Assessment (One hour)

·      Program Build-Up and Design Phase

·      12 x 30 minute private one on one training/coaching sessions

 

Initial Assessment (One hour)

·      Receive an assessment of your overall fitness level.

·      Assessment will aid your Fitness Coach in designing the appropriate program to meet your goals and needs.

·      You will also be introduced to our STP Prep Routines

 

Program Build Up - Private Coaching Sessions - 12 x 30 minute

·      Total session time 30 minutes.

·      We’ll begin by reviewing your workout assessment.

·      After your review is complete, we’ll begin our Prep-Routine Build Up. You’ll be expected to be prepped and a ready to go before your scheduled session.

·      At the beginning of each session we’ll review the previous session’s work and add more movement/exercises as we continue to build your program.

·      Throughout the six weeks you’ll be given homework to do on your own time. This well help ingrain the concepts and principles you’re learning in your private sessions.

·      By week 4 or 5 you will be presented with your completed personal strength and conditioning program in your very own STP personalized Fitness binder.

·      Your fitness coach will sit and review the program layout and format so you understand how to proceed through your program and how to perform each exercise in a safe and effective manner.

·      We will also introduce you to our Precision Nutrition program with a brief review of your Nutritional Questionnaire.

 

 

Support Programs                                              (Twelve Weeks – contact for pricing)                                       

Once you have completed your Six Week Start-Up Program, you will then have the option to move into our STP Support Program. Our support programs are designed to keep you moving towards your goals, progressing the intensity and introducing new strength and restorative exercises. You will also be introduced to the art and science of healthy eating, the basics of Yoga training philosophies. Our goal here is to give you a complete lifestyle training experience.
