As owner and operator of STP Fitness Richard has parlayed his years of experience into what now has become a successful lifestyle coaching business. Richard has developed an expertise in many areas. His clients range from many of Fredericton’s finest athletes to people requiring a specialized approach to injury and illness recovery to those who are simply looking to improve their over all health.
